MANISHA &
I’ve spent a lot of my life understanding people - at work, at home and, eventually, myself.
I’ve spent more than 25 years working with people, teams and organisations, but what I bring to coaching comes from more than my career.
It comes from the professional experience, the lived experience, the things that went to plan and the things that really didn’t.
MyGo is where all of that comes together.

A LITTLE MORE ABOUT
I’ve spent much of my life doing, delivering and meeting expectations. Eventually I had to stop, notice and ask some different questions.
01
A different kind of question
For most of my life, I did what I thought I was supposed to do. Work hard. Be responsible. Keep going. Make the sensible choices.
I built a career, raised a family and spent more than twenty-five years in corporate and professional world, with plenty of periods that were fast-paced and high-pressure.
Eventually, I started asking myself a different question.
Not just what next, but what actually matters to me now?
02
Life had moved too
Life had changed along the way.
We made the decision to move our family from the UK to the Middle East. I carried on building my career. Our children were getting older. Priorities were changing. I was changing.
Looking back, I had become very good at doing what needed to be done.
I hadn’t really stopped to think about what all of that was doing to me.
03
Rhythm was interrupted
While I was busy doing life, my body had other plans.
More than once, it made me stop. Properly stop.
Those moments put things into perspective. You suddenly realise how much time and energy you can give to things that, when something bigger happens, don’t feel nearly as important as they did before.
It also made me realise that my body had been telling me something and I wasn’t listening. I had become so used to pushing through that I wasn’t really noticing what it was costing me.
Sometimes we’re so busy getting on with life that we don’t notice what it’s costing us - until something makes us stop.
04
What I began to see
Then one conversation, at a critical point in my life, made me see things differently.
When I looked back at my career, I realised the part that stayed with me most wasn’t the process, the project or the title.
It was always the human part.
The conversations. The moments when people opened up. The times someone sought me out because they needed space to think, talk or make sense of something.
What had always come naturally to me suddenly made sense in a different way.
It was becoming MyGo..
Why ontological coaching
It’s not just about what you do or how you do it. It’s about who you are being while you do it.
We all experience the world differently. Two people can hear the same words, see the same situation and come away with completely different meanings. What we notice, what we assume, how we feel and how we respond are shaped by our own experiences.
Ontological coaching creates space to understand - the language you use, the emotions that show up and what your body may be telling you.
That matters because sometimes changing the action isn’t enough. If the same assumptions, emotions or patterns are still there underneath, we can end up repeating the same experience in a different form.
For me, this is what makes the approach so powerful. It creates space to notice what may be influencing you, understand it differently and then make choices from a more aware place.

What matters in the way I work

A safe and honest space
Creating space for people to speak openly, think clearly, be heard and not feel judged.
No one-size-fits-all approach
Every person, group and organisation is different. I start with the context, what is happening and what really needs attention.
Awareness that to change
Insight matters. The aim is to turn greater awareness into different choices, behaviours or ways of working.
